We are free to choose what kit we supply and install and only use the best available. We aren't under contract to any other company so we're free to source whatever we believe is the highest quality and what performs best. We can offer unbiast advice on what systems are available on the market and we strive to keep up to date with advances in technology. We want perfection, we would not supply or endorse kit if we knew there was a better alternative.

We won't try to con you with high pressure sales
There are a few undesirable solar companies who like to use high pressure sales to trick customers into purchasing well over priced solar thermal systems. The general formula is a letter through the door offering 'substantial discounts' to home owners in your area. With the promise of a 'full refund' on your purchase if you introduce your friends to the salesman to buy a discounted solar system. Wow, sounds too good to be true doesn't it? It is. If you reply to the letter expect a few hours of repulsive 'double glazing salesmen' style tactics in your living room, with pressure to sign on the dotted line to clinch the 'bargain' the salesman is offering. Be careful there's no cooling off period, so when he's left and your having second thoughts you've lost your deposit.

If you wish to take things further then we will carry out a no-obligation survey on your property and send you a firm quotation within a week. If you want to buy a system from us then you must read our Terms & Conditions and if everything is okay, we sign contracts, take a deposit and arrange a mutually convenient day to start the installation. We provide a honest, trustworthy service.

With our solar hot water systems you will not get scalded.
Our systems are completely automated and require no user intervention once installed. Our systems deliver heat when you need heat and turn off when you don’t need heat. On some solar thermal systems water is stored at a high temperature, 85*C to 90*C. When this is the case you will get a safe delivery of 50*C water to your hot taps because we use TMV’s (Thermostatic Mixing Valves) to mix the out going hot water with cold to give you safe delivery of hot water to your outlets. On inferior systems there is no control on the temperature from the solar system and can never be one. You can have the luxury of scalding water steaming and spurting from your taps.

With our solar hot water systems you will have no scale or ice damage.
Our solar systems are in-direct and use a solar grade anti-freeze and scale inhibitor so hard water or ice damage isn’t a problem. Some other companies use direct solar systems, this is a bad idea. It means that the cold and hot water from the cylinder directly flows into the collector itself. Scale is a major problem for these systems as scale becomes ferocious over 60*C hence the 60*C limit on hot water cylinders. In-line scale inhibitors will not stop these system suffering from scale as in-line scale inhibitors are designed to stop scale build up in fast flowing water pipes. We have torn out and replaced many direct systems, most had scale inhibitors in the system, some had water softeners. In addition in the winter direct systems risk splitting if they freeze.

Our systems are manufactured in Europe. We have found that European kit is well designed, achieves excellent outputs and is generally produced to a high quality. We feel more comfortable supplying quality than importing rubbish and installing it for a cheaper price.
